These terms govern the website design and build service provided by __OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME__ ("we"), operating as Sitely.
The service
You give us a brief through our quiz, and we design and build a website based on it. You can choose a custom-coded build, or - for a higher price - a WordPress build with a drag-and-drop page builder that you can edit yourself.
Quotes and orders
Submitting the quiz is a request, not a binding order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment is arranged.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before you order. The WordPress + page-builder option is charged at a higher rate than the custom build. Ongoing plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to any logo, text and images you provide, and you permit us to use them to build your site. You own your finished website content. We may reference non-confidential work as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of __COUNTRY__.
